GW Professional is a privacy conscious global organisation and is strongly committed to your right to privacy. This Privacy Statement defines the commitment of GW Professional to protect the privacy of personal information that is collected or used in the course of conducting business. By submitting identifying data, a visitor to our web site is agreeing to GW Professional's use of such data as described in this privacy statement.

GW Professional's Collection and Retention of Information
GW Professional believes that managing your career is a life-long process, and even after your information has been entered into the GW Professional CV database, we retain indefinitely all the information we gather about you in an effort to make your repeat use with us more efficient, practical, and relevant. You are able to submit updated CVs to GW Professional via the web site or request that we delete your CV and profile information from our online database at any time by e-mailing your request to us at cvchanges@gwprofessional.com

GW Professional's Use of the Information
We use the information we gather on the GW Professional web site, for the purpose of fostering a positive user experience, delivering the services that we offer and, ultimately, to create sales opportunities.

We may use your contact information in order to contact you via telephone, e-mail, direct mail or other communications regarding profile fits, updates at the GW Professional, such as new GW Professional opportunities and services which may be of interest to you, or for telemarketing purposes. Should you decide that you would no longer like to be contacted by GW Professional, our best efforts will be used to remove you from our contact list, but we cannot guarantee such, as there are circumstantial reasons that may prevent you from being completely removed from our contact list.

Disclosure of your Information to Others
GW Professional uses your Information internally, and with other GW Professional owned subsidiaries and affiliates, but does not disclose your personal information to third parties, except as set forth in the following three subparagraphs.

1) We may disclose such information to companies and individuals we employ to perform functions on our behalf. An example may include individuals hosting our web servers. These individuals will have access to your personal information as necessary to perform their functions, but they may not share that information with any other third party.

3) We may disclose and transfer such information to a third party who acquires all or a substantial portion of GW Professional 's business, whether such acquisition is by way of merger, consolidation or purchase of all or a substantial portion of our assets.

CV's
Since GW Professional is a career site, we give you the option of adding your CV to our database. Once you have entered your CV into our database, your information is then forwarded to a GW Professional consultant that enters the information into the GW Professional CV database.

Security
GW Professional has implemented reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to secure your personal information, including firewalls, secured servers and database security, from accidental loss and from unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes.

Children
GW Professional is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes to Privacy Statement
If GW Professional decides to change its Privacy Statement, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and to whom we will disclose it.
