A Top Tier Investment Bank seeks a Head of Real Estate Investment Control to work in their European Investment Control Team at Senior VP / Director level
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of reporting for real estate investments across Europe
Managing a team of 4 senior managers across Europe with a wider team of up to 25
Review of asset level information for the real estate funds for submission and review by senior business unit staff prior to reports being sent to investors
Review of valuations for fund-level and firm-level reporting purposes
Responsible for Investment Controller teams in the UK, Italy, France, Spain and Germany including training and recruitment to support business growth
The candidate: Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong real estate knowledge. Proven ability to train and manage a team.
