European Investment Bank based in the city are looking to recruit a client liaison analyst in their Exchange Traded Derivatives team. You will be responsible for providing a quality service for all external clients providing settlement backup to the dealing role and looking at adding value to the service the division provide. Key responsibilities would include; process margin calls, resolve client queries, liaise front office to ensure transaction information is accurate, provide expertise to colleagues and the business to ensure the resolution of settlement related questions and also look at process and procedure enhancements. The role will require extensive liaison with front office and clients so strong communication skills are essential. To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience within ETD settlements, an in-depth knowledge of all futures and the exchanges and experience of using TRS and GMI is essential.
