For Consultants and managers, we have created a ‘Development Framework’ that defines the skills, knowledge and attitude required depending on your role. You can work your way through the Framework, choosing between three broad career paths:-

People Management - For new managers we run a modular programme called ‘The Managers First 100 Days’. This aims to equip you with the tools and skills you need to manage effectively. The management career ladder can then take you up to Director-level and beyond with further management development activities designed to operate at the higher levels.

Executive Consultancy/Account Management - For those who want to progress their careers in sales and client management as opposed to people management.

Commercial Services - You can alternatively choose to specialise in our internal Business Development, Managed Solutions, Human Resources, Training or Marketing teams.
