FSS is among the first companies to achieve REC Audited status - evidence of the care with which we do business. As an REC Gold Standard recruiter we are in the top five percent of REC's 7,000 members, confirming our reputation for excellence. FSS is a founding member of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSco), a role that enables us to lead the way in establishing industry best-practice and to proactively influence government legislation that impacts our clients, candidates and consultants.

Carbon Neutral status
Our Carbon Neutral status demonstrates our commitment to developing a sustainable environmental policy. In collaboration with the Carbon Neutral Company we are constantly working to reduce our carbon emissions through the implementation of a range of energy-saving initiatives.
For example, we have implemented cutting-edge technology ranging from the latest power-saving photocopiers and lighting patterns, to ‘NightWatchMan 5.0’ which automatically switches off our computers in the evening.
These initiatives combined with our traditional methods of office recycling and investing our CO2 offsets into the One Nature Portfolio, demonstrates our commitment to the envrionment.
